Aurelian Horology ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

- Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city and PIN code, and your chosen shipping and payment method.
- Order details: products viewed, added to cart and purchased, order value and order ID.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are processed by Razorpay on its own secure page.
2. Why we use your data
- To process, deliver and support your order, including warranty and returns.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and receipts.
- To measure site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising, using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies and before sending marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed with: payment gateway (Razorpay), courier and logistics partners, Google (analytics and advertising, which may use a hashed form of your email, phone and address for conversion measurement), and IT and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years). Other data is kept only while it is needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your own account and device details safe.

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
