Shipping Policy
We ship every watch fully insured, in tamper-evident packaging, to addresses across India.
1. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders.
2. Processing and delivery time
- Processing: each watch is inspected and tested before dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, public holidays or courier issues.
3. Store pickup
You can choose store pickup in Delhi at checkout. We will confirm when your order is ready. Please carry a government photo ID and your order ID.
4. Tracking
You will receive the courier name and tracking link by email and phone once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery and receiving your order
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel. Valid ID may be requested at delivery.
- Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged. If it looks opened or damaged, do not accept it, or accept it only after noting this on the courier receipt, and tell us within 24 hours.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video, which helps us resolve any transit damage claim quickly.
6. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹50,000, in serviceable PIN codes. Failed COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
7. Address errors and undelivered parcels
Please enter a complete and correct address and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery, we will contact you to re-ship. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. International shipping
We currently ship within India only.
