2. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are for illustration. Slight differences in dial colour, strap grain or finish can occur.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order, with a full refund, if we find one.
- Products are subject to availability.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery for orders up to ₹50,000. We may cancel or hold orders that fail fraud or verification checks, and refund any amount paid.
4. Authenticity and warranty
Every watch is brand new and authentic. Each watch carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated water resistance, unauthorised repair, scratches, or normal wear on straps and crystals. Keep your invoice and warranty card for any claim.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or place orders with false information. All content, logos and designs on this site belong to Aurelian Horology and may not be copied without written permission.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes or courier disruption. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Governing law
